Fresh off the big reveal last week, Oakley Meta HSTNs made a surprise appearance at Fanatics Fest 2025—merging technology and lifestyle with some major star power at the weekend-long celebration of sports and culture in NYC.
Global President of Oakley Caio Amato, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, Travis Scott, and Tom Brady unveiled the new Performance AI glasses live on June 20 during a panel focused on the art of partnership and collaboration. As the panel came to a close, Travis Scott brought down the house (and brought over 2,000 fans to their feet) with a surprise performance. Among those in attendance were podcast hosts Caleb Pressley and Glenny Balls, and Livvy Dunne, who was spotted in a pair of Oakley Meta HSTNs.

Sporting a pair of Oakley Meta HSTN Black with Clear Lenses, Scott captured and shared exclusive first-person POV content, celebrating the crowd from his place on the stage. Calling his “ragers” up to the front, he performed hits including “FE!N” and “Butterfly Effect,” which got a reaction that probably could have been heard throughout the entire Javits Center.

Tom Brady rocked the new glasses in different styles throughout the festival. The seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback made his way through a WWE-themed entrance wearing Oakley Meta HSTN Warm Grey with PRIZM™ Ruby Lenses. After being presented with an Eli Manning jersey, which he held up high and ripped in half, Manning himself took to the stage and jumped on Brady’s back, who gave him a piggy-back ride back up the ramp.

Brady also wore a pair of Oakley Meta HSTN Black with Clear Lenses during the FIFA Club Word Cup games, and he was even seen in the Limited Edition Oakley Meta HSTN featuring gold accents and gold 24K PRIZM™ Polar lenses—a fitting look to celebrate his victory during the inaugural Fanatics Games and $1 million prize.

We also caught glimpses of Derek Jeter, Damar Hamlin, Michael Chandler, Russell Wilson, Draymond Green, Travis Hunter, and DJ Khaled, all wearing a pair of Oakley Meta HSTNs.

Fanatics Fest 2025, which ran June 20 – 22, is the ultimate sports culture experience, bringing together roughly 100,000 fans and 500 athletes, artists, and celebrities. Now in its second year, the event is a unique cultural moment where all sports leagues and fans unite for love of the game.
